Social Impact: The development of new cycle paths favours the transition towards a greener city model as well as a low-carbon economy facilitating, and thereby promoting cycling in a safe and efficient way. In addition, the cycle paths act as an integrative and structuring element of the peripheral areas. They also reinforce physical activity and a healthy lifestyle indirectly.
