Project: A specialised, multi-agency, sole and shared by all public security and emergency services application will improve the efficiency, coordination and communication of the citizens’ emergency response as well as the analysis and management of the information provided.

Social Impact: This platform will allow to optimise and improve the technical and human resources of Local Police, Fire Brigade and civil protection and to shorten the response time, which would result in an improvement in the well-being of citizens. It is possible to save more lives. The new platform is an important step in the promotion of Castelló Smart City. It humanises the security and emergency services by making them more accessible to people.
