Project: Comprehensive rehabilitation of the Casa de la Cultura (House of Culture) located in Calle Antonio Maura in order to increase its possibilities of use by making it a reference centre for promoting active ageing.
Budget: 3,600,000 euros
Social Impact: The new facilities, located right in the heart of the city, will provide personalised attention to the elderly through the promotion of sociocultural activities and services especially designed and planned for them. With this new centre, the city provides citizens with a new service that enhances community life. It also recovers an emblematic building and does so with an inclusive and social purpose.
