Project: To transform the public park “La Panderola”, located in Grau de Castelló, into a space for interaction between people and for innovative outdoor activities.
Budget: 1,588,000 euros
Social Impact: The project brings to the table a new urban concept: Urban Out-Lovers. It aims to make the most of the possibilities of public spaces, from leisure activities to the implementation of outdoor work or meeting areas. It gives value to the city and connects people: it provides them a space for meeting and activities that go beyond to those merely linked to leisure or designed for children and families. It revitalises this neighbourhood from the second half of the twentieth century. It gains in terms of safety. The transformation will also result in an incentive for local trade.
